  124. Select the Analysis button to see a comparison of file types by extension, the
  125. report is grouped by extension type, total files by extension, total bytes by
  126. extension, it also reports on the numer of duplicate filenames in the search.
  127. The duplicates are grouped together sorted by filename in the detail report,
  128. you may print the detail report or the analysis.

  130. .Search Dirs
  131. If you check this box the program will search all directories in the search path
  132. and include the files found in the report.

  134. .Drag and drop
  135. You may drag and drop files from the detail report to the trash can to be deleted
  136. or the diskette image to be archived to a location of your choice.
  137. Select the file in the detail report with the left mouse button and then depress the
  138. right mouse button and hold it, move the mouse to the trash can or the diskette
  139. image and release the right mouse button.

  142. A log of files archived is kept in the directory that contains SpaceManager, you
  143. may print the file from the Windows Filemanager, the filename is archived.lst,
  144. you may reinitialize the file from the options menu.

  147. A log of files deleted is kept in the directory that contains SpaceManager, you
  148. may print this file with the Windows Filemanager, the name is deleted.lst, you
  149. may reinitialize the file in the options menu.

  152. If you select the check box the search will be limited to files with the DLL extension only.

  154. .Duplicates only 
  155. If you select this check box, only duplicate filenames will be reported.

  157. .Don't confirm on delete
  158. If this option is selected, no confirmation of deletions will occur when you drag
  159. and drop to the trash can.

  161. .Memory limitation
  162. If you encounter the memory limitation because of to many files in the search,
  163. limit your search either to directories one at a time or search only for certain,
  164. extension, i.e. DLLs only, *.TXT only, etc.
